Susan is a REALTOR® with United Real Estate - Philadelphia serving the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Susan believes that there is truly “No-Place-Like-Home”! Every time you put your key in the lock, you should be a proud homeowner & embrace homeownership to the fullest. In addition, she believes you should love the location, the style, the proportions, and of course, the neighborhood. She understands that buying and selling a home is not easy and with her expertise, she will make sure this transition is as smooth as possible for all of her clients.
She has a true entrepreneurial spirit and began buying properties in her late 20s before deciding later to follow her passion which is Real Estate, and becoming a Licensed - REALTOR®
Susan believes in giving back to the community. She developed and implemented a pro bono project working with SEPTA and AMTRAK to improve pedestrian and vehicular safety at the local commuter rail station. She ran a welfare to work project for many years at PHMC/HELP Philadelphia, serving parents and children in transitional housing facilities through “Life-Skills” programing to support their education. She has served on several local boards as a volunteer including the Greenways and Trails planning ad-hoc committee, Open Space and the Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committees. These endeavors help support her work in Real Estate with a broad base of knowledge on ‘how things work’ and the fabric of the region.
She is a native Philadelphian and graduate of Philadelphia University, now Jefferson University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Susan spent the majority of her career in Technology Management and Consulting, most recently in startups and high-growth companies.
If you’re looking for a REALTOR® with strong passion, integrity, negotiation skills, and a willingness to GO the extra mile in making sure you find the correct home of your dreams or selling your home for the highest market value I highly recommend Susan Byrne. Please contact her today!
